BREAD

So for Christmas my mother-in-law got me a Blendtec mixer; It's like a Bosch and a Vitamix all in one. I was slightly intimidated by this new appliance but now I am in love. I love that I can make a ton of bread and that it warms my house up and the smell is AMAZING.

So now thanks to this lovely machine I am baking bread at least once a week.

This post is making me hungry....good thing there is a loaf ready and waiting. YUM-O!
